Pageant Information

Dates & times:

  • Ages 2 – 4 will begin at 4:00 pm on Saturday, October 23rd, 2021

  • Ages 5 – 8 will begin at 4:00 pm on Sunday, October 24th, 2021 

  • A mandatory dress rehearsal will take place on Friday, October 22nd

    • Ages 2 – 4 will begin at 5:30 pm 

    • Ages 5 – 8 will be at 6:30 pm


Age requirements: 

  • Ages 2 – 4:  Child must have turned 2 years old and be under 5 years of age on the contest date to qualify. 

  • Ages 5 – 8:  Child must have turned 5 years old and be under 9 years of age on the contest date to qualify.


Awards & Prizes:

  • There will be a winner, 1st runner up, 2nd runner up, and a 3rd runner up for both age groups.

  • The pumpkin princess will receive a special gift basket, the pumpkin court will also get a special something and all participants will be given a prize bag. 



  • Both age groups will participate in a best dressed event.

  • Each contestant will be called and introduced with the information on the registration application.  The contestant will walk across the stage, stand briefly in front of the judges and walk off the stage.  Ages 5 – 8 will also be asked a simple question on stage.  The questions will be given to you at the dress rehearsal.

  • For ages 2 – 4, it is preferred that they walk unassisted across the stage, if possible.  However, if a child is confused or has difficulty crossing the stage, a parent may assist her at their discretion.

  • Judging will be based on appearance, personality and communication skills-both verbal and non-verbal


Dress code:

  • Dress must be pumpkin themed or include orange.   We are looking for fancy, princess-like dresses!

  • Age-appropriate dresses only.  

  • No strapless or exposed midriff


Registration Information:

  • Registration is $15 and will open online September 1st at 12:00 pm and will be open to the first 30 girls entered and paid for each age group. ​​

  • The deadline to sign up is October 1st or when we receive 30 paid registrations for each age group.
